3 ounces of premium vodka
¼ ounce of Lychee Syrup
Splash of Cinnamon Schnapps - Goldschlager or Bols
1 lychee, peeled and pitted
1 Stick of Cinnamon
ice
Shake together the vodka, syrup, Cinnamon Schnapps, ice and strain into a chilled martini
glass. If a lychee is to be used for garnish rinse the fruit thoroughly prior to addding this to the drink. Place the cinnamon stick in the martini, Garnish with the lychee and serve.
