3 cups lychees
4 1/2 oz. softened cream cheese
6 tbsp. finely chopped glazed ginger
6 tbsp. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. port or brandy
Peel and remove seeds from lychees.
Mix all other ingredients and fill lychees with cheese
Arrange lychees on lettuce leaves on a platter and serve as an appetizer, with salad or coffee.
