Habanero Lychee Sauce

8 oz lychee jam
1 or more fresh habaneros finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic grated
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
dash of fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp wine

Mix everything together in a blender. Use as a marinade and/or sauce for pork chops or pork tenderloin.
