Mauritius cluster a few weeks before picking
This is a Mauritius lychee fruit cluster that is ripening nicely and should be ready to pick in 2-3 weeks. The rest of the tree has lots of fruit, however, this was the biggest cluster concentrated on one area on this particular tree. Photo taken May 1, 2003.
