Funkin Lychee puree is made from only the best natural ingredients and it contains nothing artificial. The lychee puree contains 90% pure lychee juice and 10% sugar. The Lychee puree is great for mixed drinks, but is equally good for sorbets, ice creams and smoothies.
The product is shelf stabilized and can be stored at room temperaure until the container is opened. The product is packaged in a sturdy metalized pouch, weighing 1 kg (2.2 lbs),with a resealable pour spout, which is ideal for bars, reataurants and home mixologists.
Fo most mixed drinks it is only necessary to use from 1/4 ounce to 1 ounce of the puree. Used in this fashion a single 35 ounce foil pack can make from 35 - 140 drinks.
