1 large mango
1 tablespoon frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Hunan chili black bean paste
1/2 clove crushed garlic
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Pour into microwave-safe dish, microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate.
Can also be used as a salad dressing. Add 1 cup of nonfat yogurt to cold
mixture and stir until smooth. Recipe may be prepared one to two days in advance.
