Sweet & Sour Sauce
1/2 cup Lychee Jam (available in our shopping cart)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup wine vinegar or lychee vinegar
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer five minutes, stirring constantly.
