Lychee Sweet & Sour Sauce

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup rice or lychee vinegar
1/2 cup lychee jam
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water

Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and bring to a boil in a small pot. Stir in the cornstarch mixture until the sauce boils and thickens.
