Pineapple and Lychee Marinated Steak Kebabs

1 lb Sirloin or similar high quality steak
1/2 Fresh Pineapple
1 cup Lychee Basting Sauce

1. Remove excess fat from steak and cut into bitesize cubes

2. Clean and prepare pineapple into bite size cubes

3. Marinate steak in the Lychee Basting Sauce for 1 - 2 hours in the refrigerator

4. Skewer alternating chunks of steak and pineapple onto wooden kebab skewers.

5. Prepare charcoal grill. When coals are red hot and no-longer flaming set out the pineapple and steak skewers on the grill and cook for 3 - 5 minutes per side or until the desired degree of doneness is obtained

5. Remove from grill and serve on a bed of white rice or cous cous
