Dried Candied Lychees
1 Can of Peeled Lychees in Sugar Syrup
Food Dehydrator
Empty and drain one can of peeled de-seeded lychees. Arrange the fruits on a tray of
a fruit dehydrator and dry for 24 - 36 hours or until fruit is no longer moist. Seal the dried fruits in a zip lock bag for long term storage.
Makes About 15 - 20 Candies
