Lychee Glazed Ham

1 5-7 pound fully cooked whole ham
2 cups Lychee Jam
¼cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons lychee honey, corn syrup or other honey (optional)
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves

1. Place ham on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered, in a 325ºF oven about 1½ hours (or until thermometer registers 140ºF. Meanwhile in a saucepan combine the lychee preserves, honey/corn syrup, water, lemon juice, mustard and spices. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

2. Baste every 15 - 20 minutes with the glaze mixture Remove ham from the oven; place on a serving platter. Heat remaining glaze and serve with the ham
