Lychee Glaze

2 cups Lychee Jam
1 cup Lychee Basting Sauce
¼cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons lychee honey, corn syrup or other honey (optional)
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves

In a saucepan combine the lychee preserves, honey/corn syrup, water, lemon juice, mustard and spices. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Use the glaze to baste meat, poultry or fish regularly while cooking. Heat remaining glaze and serve with the meat
